The Restaurant
With more than 50 years experience, Restaurant Miami Ca Pons offers to their guests a traditional Mediterranean cooking, based on the best fish and selfish of the Alfacs Bay, products always fresh and of quality, also recommended they are their rice’s. To taste of the kitchen of the Miami "Can Pons", it is a gift for understood with the seaworthy and autochthonous specialties of the Ebro Delta. Until 2005 situated in the center of the town, the family Pons has moved the restaurant to the new Hotel Miami Mar to continue improving.
Miami "Can Pons" is emphasized between 200 restaurants of the whole Spain by the distinctive Big Gourmand, which rewards those restaurants with a good relation quality I boast, which surprises the majority of visitors who visit the south of Catalonia. His reputation remains reflected in the fact of being recommended in the best gastronomic guides of the country (Michelin, Gourmetour, Campsa, El País Aguilar...). The restaurant has a glazed terrace with a view to the sea, in front of the garden, where our specialties can be tasted in a cozy environment, a nice and attentive service. This terrace, in summer it is a suitable place for savoring a delicious dinner. At the head of the burners, directing the kitchen we have Rafel Serres and his equipment. The dining room is directed by Pepe Balada and the wine list, with approximately 170 references by J. Ramon Reverté.
